ASSESSMENT and COST ANALYSIS: We will help you determine and define your needs for an aircraft, including aircraft type, model, year, equipment and valuation and stay within your operating budget.
RESEARCH and EVALUATION: U.S. Turbine will research and evaluate asking and selling price, marketing conditions (strengths & weaknesses) and determine the number of aircraft available.
NEGOTIATION: U.S. Turbine will negotiate on your behalf the best possible price and terms on the selected aircraft. Experience, market knowledge and in depth valuation of the selected aircraft (and all other available aircraft) puts U.S. Turbine in a position of strength in negotiation.
PRE-PURCHASE: U.S. Turbine will provide expertise in verification of airframe, equipment, maintenance status & history, logbook research, evaluate and advise on what facility, cost and extend of the inspections required.
CLOSING: U.S. Turbine will work closely with the Title Company, seller and buyer to ensure all documents needed to close, all terms and conditions of the agreement are met and the transaction is completed in a timely matter.
DELIVERY: U.S. Turbine will assist in pre-pairing all required delivery documents and receipts and provide assistance with delivering the aircraft when and where the agreement states.
